- Morels 500 pieces
- Broccoli 10 oz
- Cauliflower 300 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 20 fl oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion and finely chopped garlic in butter in a deep pot.
Step 2
Once the onion is golden brown, add the mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then pour the wine into the pot, and after a minute, add the broccoli, cauliflower, and cream.
Step 4
Simmer everything on low heat until the vegetables are soft but still firm.
Step 5
Then pour in the milk, bring to a boil, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth.
Step 7
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces of any size and add them to each bowl of soup.
