- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Morels 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Dried Chamomile ⅓ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 3–4 mm thick. Prick with a fork.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms well. Leave small ones whole, and cut large ones in half. Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 3
Add sour cream, grated cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well and spread over the dough, leaving a 2–3 cm border around the edges.
Step 4
Bake at 355°F for 30 minutes until the dough is a confident golden color.
