Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Phyllo Dough 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the chanterelles and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sauté the onion in vegetable oil and add the cooked chanterelles to it.
Step 3
Sauté until golden brown.
Step 4
Combine the mushrooms, cream cheese, and grated mozzarella.
Step 5
Stir and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Melt the butter.
Step 7
Cut the phyllo dough into squares measuring 10 cm on each side.
Step 8
Take 3 squares of phyllo dough, brush each one with melted butter, and stack them on top of each other.
Step 9
Place the filling in the center.
Step 10
Lift the edges of the dough to create a pouch.
Step 11
Brush the top with butter and bake at 355°F for 10 minutes.
