Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup
- Onion ½ head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dried parsnip 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add finely chopped mushrooms, flour, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat some vegetable oil and fry the fritters, placing 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time, for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked and golden brown.
