Mushroom cream soup with processed cheese
Ingredients
- Potato 6 pieces
- Onion ½ pieces
- Champignons 15 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 3 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them, and cover them with plenty of water (enough to submerge the potatoes twice). Bring to a boil. When they are partially cooked, add a good amount of salt.
Step 2
Pour oil into the skillet and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cover with a lid. Once they have reduced in size by half, remove the lid and continue cooking.
Step 3
Remove the potatoes from the heat and blend them with a hand blender until smooth and creamy. Gradually stir in the cheese, mixing constantly to prevent it from clumping. Add the mushrooms.
