Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Morels 5 oz
- Parsley 2 stalks
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar a pinch
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and boil them in the broth for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms in butter. Set aside a few slices.
Step 3
Purée the resulting soup, stir in the cream, bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add cold butter. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, then add the mushrooms. Immediately pour into bowls and serve.
