Ingredients
- Potato 4 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cream 20 oz
- Croutons to taste
- Herbs to taste

Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Sauté in a pan until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the sliced mushrooms.
Step 3
Fry until the water has evaporated.
Step 4
Chop the potatoes finely and boil them.
Step 5
Add the cooked potatoes and sautéed mushrooms to the blender.
Step 6
Whip, add the cream, and whip again.
Step 7
