Ingredients

  • Potato 4 pieces
  • Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Cream 20 oz
  • Croutons to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step 1

Finely chop the onion. Sauté in a pan until golden brown.
