Mushroom and Cream Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- Morels 5 oz
- Poultry 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Herbs to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms and onion. Add the sour cream. Sauté in a pan.
Step 2
Boil the chicken until cooked. Cut into small pieces if using fillet instead of a soup set. Add back to the broth.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into small wedges and add to the broth.
Step 4
Grate the cream cheese and carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 5
When the potatoes are ready, add the mushrooms, carrot, and cream cheese. Cook for 5–7 minutes. Add herbs and let it steep.
