Ingredients
- Clarified Butter 5 qt
- Poultry 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Vermicelli 0 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Cream 22% 10 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chicken fillet in the clarified butter, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped potatoes, bring to a boil again, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped cilantro and dried mushrooms, and cook over medium heat.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and carrot, lightly sauté, then add to the soup. Finely chop the remaining herbs and add them to the pot as well. Cook for a few minutes.
Step 5
Add the vermicelli, reduce the heat to low, pour in the cream, and cook for another 30 minutes.
