Moroccan Fish Soup
Ingredients
- Fish 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cilantro to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Dill to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Ground clove 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Borodinsky Bread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and place it in boiling water. Add herbs, chili pepper, olive oil, cloves, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse and clean the fish, cut it into pieces, and add it to the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the fish and break it into pieces. Strain the broth and return the fish to it.
Step 4
Dissolve the flour in a bowl and pour it into the soup while stirring continuously.
Step 5
Serve with garlic croutons. To make them, cut the bread into cubes and sauté in olive oil with garlic.
