Ingredients
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Lemon ½ piece
- White bread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with the sour cream, add salt, cumin, and pepper. Dilute with a small amount of water, mix thoroughly, and pour into boiling water. Bring to a boil and cook until the soup thickens.
Step 2
Slice the lemon into thin slices and add to the soup.
Step 3
Sprinkle the soup with croutons. To make croutons, cut the bread into cubes and dry in a dry skillet or in the oven.
