Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Honey 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Pitted olives 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Ground Oats 1 cup
- Ground Cinnamon ¾ teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg ¾ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Cheerios cereal 1½ cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs, honey, and softened butter. Add the grated carrot, walnuts, raisins, chopped dried apricots, and dates. Mix well.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cereal. Gradually add to the butter mixture.
Step 4
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet, spaced 2.5 cm apart. Bake for 15 minutes until done. Let cool slightly and serve.
