Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Egg white 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Baking Powder 2 tablespoons
  • Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Squeeze the juice from the tangerine.

Step 2

Add sugar and butter, mix until smooth (I personally blend it in a blender).

Step 3

Add the eggs and mix again.

Step 4

Add flour and baking powder, mix until the batter is almost liquid, but do not let it reach the consistency of semolina porridge. If this happens, add a little more flour.

Step 5

Add sesame seeds and mix, but no longer in the blender.

Step 6

Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and pour the mixture into the dish.

Step 7

Bake for about 20 minutes at medium heat (since ovens vary, the main thing is to watch that the crust on the edges is not too dark).
