Ingredients
- Chocolate 10 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Melt the chocolate with olive oil in a double boiler.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Slowly pour in the melted chocolate.
Step 3
Combine the flour with the chopped walnuts, then add the mixture to the chocolate and eggs.
Step 4
Pour the batter into an 18 cm (preferably springform) baking pan and place it in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes.
Step 5
Allow the finished pie to cool and then place it in the refrigerator to set.
