Description
Frosting recipe: 100 g powdered sugar + 0.5 tablespoons lemon juice + 0.5 tablespoons carrot juice.

- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 2 cups
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Turnips 25 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add the grated carrots.
Step 3
Add the oil.
Step 4
Add the eggs and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Grease a 20x30 cm baking dish with oil.
Step 6
Bake at 355°F for 50–60 minutes.
Step 7
Serve warm or cold and slightly rested with whipped cream or frosting.
