Ingredients
- Bananas 5 oz
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Buckwheat Flour 0 oz
- Flax seeds 0 oz
- Boiling water 0 fl oz
- Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the flax seeds. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Puree the banana. Add kefir. Mix well.
Step 3
Strain the flax liquid into the banana and kefir mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Sift the buckwheat flour over the mixture. Mix well.
Step 5
Add baking soda. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour the prepared batter into a mold. Bake with convection at 355°F for 20 minutes.
