- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Meat 5 oz
- Chicken bones 5 oz
- Cooked Ham 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 0 oz
- Beef Kidneys 5 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Capers 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make broth from the bones and meat.
Step 2
Add finely chopped sautéed onion, diced tomatoes, and sliced pickled cucumbers to the broth — cook for 4–5 minutes, then add black peppercorns, bay leaf, meat products previously sliced into pieces 2–2.5 cm long and 2–3 mm thick and boiled, capers, and a few pitted olives.
Step 3
When serving, add sour cream, olives, and a slice of lemon without the peel to the solyanka.
