- Meat 10 oz
- Bread Kvass 0 qt
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Scallions 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the boiled beef, ham, tongue, and peeled fresh cucumbers into small cubes; finely chop the green onions and mash them in a bowl with a spoon, adding a little salt; this will soften the onions. Chop the whites of the hard-boiled eggs, and mash the yolks in a pot, adding sour cream, a little mustard, sugar, salt, mix thoroughly, and dilute with kvass.
Step 2
After that, add the prepared meat products to the pot. When serving, sprinkle the okroshka with finely chopped dill.
