Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Water 30 fl oz
- Miso Paste 5 oz
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Shallots 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the vegetables. Place a large saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the celery and shallots. Sauté for 2 minutes. The vegetables should become soft.
Step 2
Prepare the soup. Add water, sea salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Cover with a lid and bring the soup to a boil. Once the soup boils, remove it from heat. Add the miso and stir until fully dissolved. Garnish with shallots and serve.
