Ingredients

  • Tilapia 10 oz
  • Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
  • Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Napa Cabbage 5 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Miso Paste 2 spoons
  • Soy Sauce 2 spoons
  • Scallions to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the tilapia fillet into cubes.

Mince the garlic. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin strips.

Cut the chili peppers and carrots into thin strips; you can use a Korean grater for the carrots.

Shred the napa cabbage.

Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the ginger, garlic, and chili pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
