Ingredients
- Water 0 qt
- Black Bean Paste 1 tablespoon
- Wakame Seaweed ½ tablespoon
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Egg noodles for wok 0 oz
- Scallions to taste
- Dashi powder 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the dashi broth powder to the water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Pour a little broth into a separate bowl and dissolve the miso paste in it. Pour back into the pot and mix well.
Step 3
Add the shrimp, noodles, and previously soaked wakame. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve in bowls. Add green onion.
