- Tofu 5 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Wakame Seaweed 1 tablespoon
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the miso paste in boiling water, add the mung bean sprouts, seaweed, and soy sauce, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Remove the pot from heat, add the tofu. Let the soup steep for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the finished soup into bowls, sprinkle with finely chopped green onion, and serve.
