- White miso paste 3 tablespoons
- Unfermented Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Kale 5 oz
- Firm tofu 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the green onions, ginger, and garlic. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
Step 4
Add the soy sauce, kale, and tofu.
Step 5
Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes until the kale is tender. Serve immediately.
