Miracle in a Cup
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Rum 3 tablespoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Baileys Liqueur to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese 15 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar. Add the eggs one at a time.
Step 2
Mix all the dry ingredients and add half to the butter mixture. Pour in half of the milk and the second half of the dry ingredients. Stir. Add the liqueur and the remaining milk.
Step 3
Bake at 300°F until done. Remove, wrap the layers in plastic wrap, and when cooled, refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 4
For the cream, beat the cream cheese with cream and powdered sugar.
Step 5
Assemble the dessert by layering the cake and cream alternately. Optionally, sprinkle with chocolate crumbs.
