Mint Mousse
Ingredients
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Gelatin 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Gently heat the cream and add the mint leaves. Remove from heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes, then blend everything in a blender.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the cream.
Step 3
Soak the gelatin sheets in 100 ml of warm water.
Step 4
Whisk the egg and the egg yolk together and mix with the chocolate mixture. Then add the gelatin to the mixture and stir well.
Step 5
Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for an hour to set. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and garnish with a mint leaf.
