- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- Mint Leaves to taste

Step 1
In a bowl, beat the powdered sugar with the cream using a mixer until it reaches a light cream consistency. Depending on the desired thickness, add a little more powdered sugar or a few drops of cream.
Step 2
Then add a few drops of mint extract (do not add too much at once), and then add more as needed.
