  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • Activated Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon
  • Granulated sugar 0.3 cups
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Mint Water 0 fl oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 1½ pieces
  • Butter 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour the flour, salt, and baking soda into a bowl.

Step 2

Beat the butter and both types of sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy (about two minutes at medium speed).

Step 3

Add the syrup.

Step 4

Mix in the flour, salt, and baking soda, beating until everything is well combined.

Step 5

Break the chocolate and add it to the dough. Stir with a spoon.

Step 6

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take a spoonful of dough and form it into a ball.

Step 8

Bake for 8–10 minutes.
