  • Butter 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • White Chocolate 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Strawberry 10 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make the tarts. Beat the eggs with a fork, add sugar, and mix. Sift the flour, then add the egg-sugar mixture and softened butter. Mix everything until smooth. If it seems too runny, you can add a little more flour. Gather the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, let's make the cream. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Mix the chocolate with the cream cheese. I used 'Almette'. Add cinnamon to the resulting cream and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Put the cream in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.

Step 4

Return to the dough. Pinch off small pieces and place them in silicone molds, creating edges. Try to make the layer of dough thinner (within reasonable limits), as this will make the pastries more delicate.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F until golden, about 10 minutes. Let the tarts cool slightly and remove them from the molds. Once completely cooled, fill the bases with cream and decorate with strawberries or any other berries.
