Mini Pastries with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar 10 oz
- Vinegar essence ½ teaspoon
- Corn Starch 3 teaspoons
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 285°F. Whip the egg whites, gradually adding 3 tablespoons of water while continuing to whip, adding the granulated sugar. Then add the vinegar and sifted cornstarch. Spoon the whipped mixture into mounds (about 40 pieces) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and make small indentations in the center. Place in the oven for 50 minutes, then let cool.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, then add the whipped cream. Fill the indentations in the meringues with the cottage cheese cream and sprinkle with brown sugar. You can decorate with berries or fruits.
