Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Let it cool slightly and mix with the milk and egg.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl, mix with baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add the berries. Stir.
Step 3
Gently pour the melted butter mixture with the egg and milk into the flour with sugar and berries.
Step 4
Quickly and carefully mix. Don't worry if the batter has lumps.
Step 5
Using two teaspoons, fill the molds lined with paper liners with the batter.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes, until the batter rises and is covered with a golden crust. Transfer the finished muffins to a plate.
