  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz
  • Ground Almonds 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil ½ cup
  • Brown Sugar to taste
  • Pitted olives to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 345°F. Beat the feta cheese, powdered sugar, and honey with a mixer until smooth. Add the olive oil.

Step 2

Mix the flour with the ground almonds, add the baking powder, and gently fold into the cheese mixture.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and distribute them into individual baking molds. Top each muffin with halved olives.

Step 4

Sprinkle with brown sugar and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
