Ingredients
- Sugar 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Milk ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, add milk, then oil - beat again.
Step 2
Sift the flour, add baking powder and cocoa.
Step 3
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 4
Mix everything, then add salt and chocolate pieces.
Step 5
Bake in a large loaf pan or in small molds for 20–30 minutes at 355°F.
