Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese 20 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Heavy cream 2 tablespoons
- Oreo Cookies 15 pieces
- Butter 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Melt the butter and set it aside to cool. In a blender, crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
Step 2
Grease a mini muffin tin with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
Step 3
Place one teaspoon of the cookie mixture into each cup and press down with your fingers.
Step 4
In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, flour, sugar, salt, eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 5
Fill each cup with the mixture and bake in a water bath for 10–15 minutes. They should be slightly undercooked. Remove from the oven and let cool.
