An almost vegetarian (except for the Parmesan) Italian soup created based on the principle of 'everything that fits in your mouth is good for you.' The list of vegetables for the recipe can be as varied as you like.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Potato 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Kohlrabi 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- White Cabbage ½ pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep skillet, sauté the diced vegetables, finely shredded herbs, and cabbage in olive oil until they become tender.
Step 2
Then pour in one and a half liters of water, add the spaghetti, and cook until the spaghetti is done. After that, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
