Ingredients
- Cookie 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies and mix them with 100 grams of melted butter to create the base.
Step 2
Line the bottom of a small rectangular dish with parchment paper and press the cookie base into an even layer about 5 mm thick. Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 3
To make the caramel, melt the sugar in a saucepan until it turns golden brown, without stirring. Add half of the milk, preheated.
Step 4
After the milk has evaporated and the caramel begins to thicken (the bubbles will increase in size), add the butter and a pinch of salt. Pour the caramel into the mold with the cookies.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate with milk in the microwave or in a double boiler, mix it with cocoa, and pour it over the caramel.
Step 6
Sprinkle the top with coarse salt and refrigerate for an hour. Cut the finished cookies into pieces and serve.
