Millet soup with onion and potato
Ingredients
- Millet 5 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Bacon 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the millet with hot water and boil it in vegetable broth until partially cooked.
Step 2
Cut the potato into cubes and add it to the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the bacon and fry it with the chopped onion. Add to the broth and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt.
