Ingredients
- Millet 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the millet in milk, keeping in mind that it should increase in size by 3 to 4 times. The porridge should not be thick.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs (depending on the size of the eggs — 5 or 6 pieces), sugar, and salt. You can add more sugar for a sweeter casserole.
Step 3
Pour half of the mixture over the cooked millet and mix well. Pour into a baking dish. Drizzle the remaining mixture on top for a beautiful and tasty crust.
Step 4
Bake in the oven until a nice crust forms on top at a temperature of 180–390°F.
