- Milk 15 fl oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt to taste

Melt the margarine.
Step 2
Add the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and mix with a mixer. To ensure the batter is lump-free, I first add the flour and stir, then gradually add the milk. If the batter becomes too liquid, I add more flour and dilute it with milk. I continue this until approximately 500 ml of milk is used. The batter should be like thick sour cream.
