- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead a dough from flour, eggs, and melted butter. Divide the dough into dumplings and boil in salted water.
Step 2
Bring the milk to a boil, dilute with water in a 1:1 ratio. Add salt and sugar.
Step 3
Break the cauliflower into florets and add to the milk broth. Add butter. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the dumplings to the milk.
