- Water 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Vermicelli 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dilute the milk with water and add salt.
Step 2
Boil the sliced potatoes in the milk until cooked.
Step 3
Add the vermicelli and remove from heat.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half rings, grate the carrot. Sauté and add to the soup.
Step 5
Chop the boiled eggs and add them to the soup.
Step 6
Let the soup steep for 15 minutes before serving.
