- Oat flakes 10 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Milk ½ cup
- Honey to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, egg, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, and 2-3 teaspoons of honey, divide into two equal parts, and cook alternately in the microwave (power 680 W) for 1.5 minutes, or 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 2
While the layers cool, prepare the filling: mix the cottage cheese and honey (to taste).
Step 3
Place one layer on a plate with the porous side facing up, spread with the cottage cheese cream, and cover with the second layer with the porous side on the cream.
Step 4
Cover the dish with a lid and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Enjoy your meal!
