- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with the milk, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the sifted wheat flour and whisk the mixture until smooth and liquid. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a skillet until very hot. Grease with vegetable oil. Cook the pancakes by pouring the batter with a ladle.
