Ingredients
- Rjaženka 15 fl oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate 0 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in cold water and let it sit for 15 minutes to swell. Then heat it in a water bath for 10–12 minutes.

In a deep bowl, combine the rjaženka and sour cream.

Add sugar.
Step 5
Whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Pour the hot gelatin into the milk mixture and mix well.
Step 7
Pour the jelly into cups and place in the refrigerator to set.
Step 8
Grate the chocolate using a fine grater.
Step 9
Slice the orange into thin rounds and then cut each round in half.
Step 10
Sprinkle grated chocolate over half of the dessert.
Step 11
Place a slice of orange on the other half.
Step 12
