- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar.
Step 2
Add the egg, milk, and baking powder.
Step 3
Add the flour and quickly knead the dough.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 6–7 mm.
Step 5
Use a muffin cutter to cut out the rounds.
Step 6
Transfer the shaped cookies to a baking sheet and bake at 180–390°F for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
