- Wheat Flour 3 glasses
- Sugar 1 glass
- Milk ½ glasses
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vanilla salt 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the milk and sugar to a boil, then cool it down. Add the vanilla sugar, egg, and softened butter. Mix everything together for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking soda and sift it.
Step 3
Add the flour to the milk and knead the dough.
Step 4
Sprinkle the prepared dough with flour and roll it out to a thickness of 5–6 mm.
Step 5
Cut out circles using a serrated round cutter.
Step 6
Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 10–12 minutes at 200–430°F.
