Ingredients
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 0.7 cups
- Vanilla extract 1½ teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla using a mixer on high speed for about 15-17 minutes.
Step 2
Then preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 3
Place 230 g of chocolate in the microwave with 3 tablespoons of butter for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds, repeating until you achieve a smooth liquid consistency.
Step 4
Incorporate the chocolate, flour, and baking powder into the eggs, mixing for 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining chocolate and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it melts.
Step 5
Scoop small balls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until they slightly crack.
Step 6
The cookies may appear undercooked, but let them sit on the baking sheet for another 3-4 minutes before transferring them, and they will firm up.
