Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, knead all the ingredients until smooth. Form into a ball, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll the dough into a log and cut into portion-sized pieces weighing 50 grams. Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk diluted with water. Do not cover and let the buns rise for 1 hour 20 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F, place the baking sheet with the buns in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet and let cool on a wire rack.
