Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar.
Step 2
Add the egg, milk, and baking powder. Mix well. Add the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 7–10 mm.
Step 3
Use a special wavy-edged cookie cutter or a regular metal tartlet mold to cut out the biscuits. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 4
Transfer the cut biscuits to the baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Be careful not to overbake the biscuits, or they will turn into regular cookies.
