Description
Cup - 250 ml.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Milk 5 tablespoons
- Spices to taste
- Dried Turkey to taste
- Grapefruits to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, spices). Stir well.
Step 2
Now add the butter. Mix with your fingers (1-2 minutes).
Step 3
Pour in the milk (4 tablespoons), mix. You should have a thick batter. If it seems too thick, add another tablespoon of milk.
Step 4
Add fruits or dried fruits and fold them into the batter.
Step 5
Place in the microwave for 2-4 minutes (cooking time may vary slightly in different microwaves - check with a knife).
Step 6
Done :) Be careful, the bowl is very hot! Using a knife or cookie cutter, cut out the desired shape and drizzle your favorite syrup, condensed milk, or spread sour cream on top of the muffin. Enjoy your meal!
