Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Bacon 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the flour with butter, add warm water, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a sheet and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg white.
Step 3
Cut the eggplants into cubes, add chopped onion and slices of bacon, season with salt and pepper. Heat in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute.
Step 4
Spread the eggplant mixture over the dough and pour beaten eggs mixed with sour cream on top. Bake at medium-low power for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished pie with herbs.
